Lavender Bulgarian

Introducing Lavender Bulgarian 100% Pure Essential Oil, new to our Pomona Pure collection.

Lavandula angustifolia, better known as Lavender, is a perennial evergreen plant that has produced the most used essential oil in the world for over 2500 years. The highest quality Lavender grows at altitudes above 2,000 feet. It grows to about 3 feet and produces gorgeous lilac-colored flowers. To extract the oil, the flowers are put through a steam distillation process.
Also known as "English Lavender", Lavender (Bulgarian) is grown and cultivated in the ideal climate and soil conditions of Bulgaria’s most pristine Lavender Farms.  These perfect conditions yield Lavender Oil of unrivalled quality. It has a balanced scent that is richly floral and lightly fruity with woody undertones. It is a wonderful oil for diffusing and for use in therapeutic applications.
The quality of Lavender Essential Oil is determined on the levels of its main chemical constituents: Linalool, Linalyl acetate, and Camphor. It is considered that the higher quality Lavender Essential Oil would have a high percentage of Linalool and Linalyl acetate and a very low percentage of Camphor present in the oil. Which is just what our Lavender offers.  See product
