Diffusing Lavender Bulgarian at night is very beneficial for a good night's sleep. Try 5 drops of Lavender and 3 drops of Cedarwood or 4 drops of Lavender, 1 drop of Bergamot, and 3 drops of Copaiba for a peaceful rest. 
Lavender can be applied neat, but it is best to dilute with a carrier oil when applying topically. Lavender has skin healing properties. It is very good for inflammation, headache relief, immune support, insect bites, burns and is also good for depression, stress and insomnia.
